  • Processing of personal data

    I process personal data to optimize my website.

  • Server logs

    My server stores the following data

    • IP address, email, date and time of access

    • Browser and operating system version, referrer URL

    • Retrieval status

  • Anonymization of IP addresses

    IP addresses are anonymized (e.g. 192.168.1.***).

  • Log rotation

    Logs are updated daily and deleted after 14 days.

  • Domain registration service

    My web server is hosted by IONOS SE, which also provides the domain registration service.

  • App deployment on Vercel

    My app is deployed on Vercel. The IONOS domain is forwarded to Vercel via DNS.

  • Cloudflare

    I use Cloudflare Inc. as an upstream proxy to provide my online services. Cloudflare processes connection data, such as IP addresses and request information, as well as the content transmitted through this service. This serves to ensure secure and reliable transmission and to protect against attacks and misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Email delivery

    For sending emails, I use the service Resend.com.

  • Email hosting

    My emails are hosted via Microsoft Exchange Server.

  • Analytics services

    I use Google Analytics 4 to statistically evaluate the use of my website and improve my web offering.

  • Contact

    You can contact me by email. The transmitted data will only be used to process your request.

  • WhatsApp Business

    I use WhatsApp Business to communicate with customers and provide support.

  • Recipients and international data transfers

    Technical service providers receive data to the extent necessary for hosting, security and communication. Vercel and Cloudflare may process data outside the EU or EEA, particularly in the USA. Such transfers require compliance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, for example through an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
